Regal Professional Services is presently hiring for a viable Inside Sales / Account Manger for a Manufacturer/Distributor client, located in Carrollton, TX. Additional information is outlined below for reference.
Quick note: Key to this position is someone with manufacturing background, understands centerless grinding and round bar. Someone with any other sales knowledge does not thrive well in this position.
Job Type: Full-time (Direct Hire)
Base Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 / Year

Company background: Our client is a distributor of stainless steel and aluminum. As a "full line" distributor, our client stocks plates, sheets, angles, rounds, flat bars, tubing pipe and much more.
Position Overview: Inside Sales/ Account Manager
The position of Inside Sales / Account Manager requires excellent customer service while interacting with customers over the phone and through email.
Knowledge and understanding of round bar, centerless grinding, CNC machines and sawing. Our client offers value added benefits with their customers and with you having the knowledge and understanding of their processes, this will already make you an ideal candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily interaction with large customer base on contractual and transactional business.
Responding to customer’s quotations, needs, inquiries, and complaints.
Administrative processing of customer orders (i.e. quotations and order entry).
Sourcing for non-stocked items and work order entry.
Following up and out calling for direct sales.
Sharing of any interaction and involvement with customers that might require the outside salesperson’s attention, or may result in additional sales.
Understanding the goals and concepts of our client’s business and incorporating business goals to achieve sales and profitability.
Identifies strategies to improve/grow sales.
Working closely with territory managers, credit, inventory, systems, warehouse, and other departments in the company.
Other duties as assigned.
